If your firm was not found from the search, but meets both criterias below, you may submit a Request for Reconsideration.
- a valid certification with DGS
- meets the County’s Local Small Business Preference requirements
How to Request for Reconsideration?
- Click on the online chat tool (Click Desk) at the bottom right of your screen
- Notify the OCLSB specialist, and ask for Request for Reconsideration Form
- Note that once the form has been submitted, they are typically processed between 1 to 2 business days
